About: Women in Balance offers women’s wellness retreats for women throughout the lifespan to reboot. rebalance. recharge. we have created a space for women to thrive in mind, body and spirit. We also offer a Women in Balance community where we offer quarterly talks with women’s healthcare providers in the community, activities including hikes and yoga and outreach programs including a book club and other community programs.
