Most-Recommended Resources
I am a firm believer that the more you put into therapy, the more you’ll get out of it. Once my clients have committed to making a change in their life, I know they’re ready to dive in head first, so to speak. I’m giving my clients resources to use outside of session all the time, and wanted to share them with you here. Whether you’re on the fence about starting therapy or if you’re already doing your own work, these resources are often supportive to every client I see.
