Sacred Heart House
About: Sacred Heart House of Denver offers a continuum of services to homeless mothers with children and single women to help them achieve and maintain self-sufficiency. The In-House Stabilization Program at Sacred Heart House of Denver offers temporary, emergency housing, food and clothing to meet the basic needs of the homeless women and children we serve. With case management, referrals to resources within the community and help with transportation, residents of Sacred Heart House of Denver identify and begin solving problems that led to their homelessness. Through our Follow-Up and Transitional Housing Programs, former residents receive continued support in their struggle to live independently and avert future homelessness.

Families Forward Resource Center (FFRC) Healthy Babies Strong Families Program
About: Healthy Babies Strong Families provides programs and services to create a safe, healthy and cohesive community through individual and family support and empowerment. Will address infant mortality by providing direct support to African American families experiencing family planning, prenatal care and pediatric care. Services include family advocacy, home visitation, and health education to help pregnant families get the help they need to have healthy babies.

Hope House
Hope House of Colorado is committed to transforming the lives of teen mothers around the world.
